TFD Consults Nigeria Limited was established in 1987 as a specialized quantity surveying practice.
Over the past three decades, we have evolved into a comprehensive construction consultancy firm, offering a wide range of services that include quantity surveying, project management, cost consultancy, and contract administration.

Alhaji Nurudeen Dawodu is the Managing Partner/CEO of TFD Consults Ltd, bringing over 35 years of expertise in construction cost management and project leadership. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), who combines sharp analytical skills with a talent for strategic negotiation and dispute resolution.

As a key driver of TFD Consults’ success, the CEO has led high-profile projects including the Sheraton Abuja Tower III refurbishment, the Federal Palace Hotel renovation, the Guardian Press Complex development in Abuja, and the development of numerous branches of 1st generation banks.
Afolabi Folashade
Quantity Surveyor; PMP
Afolabi Folashade is a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Project Manager at TFD Consults, with a degree from LASUSTECH. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality, she supports cost management and project execution across diverse construction projects. Passionate about growth and impact in the built environment, she brings a strong blend of technical expertise and coordination skills to every project phase.
Akinyemi Rasaq
Civil Engineer
Akinyemi Rasaq Abiodun holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He has vast experience in all stages of civil engineering, having handled various projects from conception to execution. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers.
Ojo Oluwaseun
Project Manager; PMP
Ayomide Oluwaseun Ojo is a graduate of Project Management Technology (B.Tech) from Federal University of Technology Akure. With over 7 years experience in building construction.
He is a driven and focused Project Management graduate who helps to plan, coordinate and manage assigned projects. He also specializes in providing leadership and direction to project personnel, to develop meaningful, innovative solutions that clients value, also with the right mix of technical expertise and methodology.
Eniola Faith Olufemi
Builder & Asst. Project Manager
​Eniola Oluwafemi Faith, a Builder, Project Manager and has handle various projects in the construction industry, a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from Osun State college of technology Esa Oke. Has a vast experience in Construction and project management of different magnitude. He oversees and coordinates projects in TFD Consults Ltd as a Project Manager.
